Delivery & Returns Policy (UK Mainland Addresses Only)

Delivery Policy.

Goods are generally delivered by courier or by post.

Our standard charges are £4.95 for order under £100 and free for order over £100 - unless otherwise stated on the product item description.

In stock in warehouse, after confirmation of order 3-7 working days, products direct from manufacturer, please allow 14-28 working days.

When you accept delivery of your item(s), if you are unhappy with any aspect of the delivery or the items, please make a note explaining exactly what the problem is on the Proof of Delivery document you will be asked to sign and reject the delivery. If you do not do this, we may not be able to accept returns requests.

ALL DELIVERIES ARE CURB SIDE ONLY. YOU MUST ARRANGE FOR THE GOODS TO BE TAKEN IN TO YOUR PROPERTY AFTER DROP OFF AT CURB SIDE.

Our delivery dates are given in good faith, but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at days stated.

Returns Policy.

To return an item due to damages and/or discrepancies, you must e-mail us within 5 days of receipt of your order quoting your username; the sales order number, the item description and the reason for the return. Please note: All returned items should be sent back in the same condition as they were received, suitably packaged for transit. If items retuned for any other reason a handling charge will be made of 10% of the original price.

Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Only after we have accepted your order is there a contract of sale. Customers will be notified via email when an order has been accepted.

Orders will only be accepted when a full payment has been received.

We have the right to change the terms and conditions of sale without any prior warning in relation to future orders.

We will make every effort to ensure that all prices, descriptions and images of products on its website are correct. If, after an order has been accepted, and within 10 working days of acceptance, we discover an error has been made on the price or description on the website we reserve the right to terminate the contract of sale and any money received for the item will be refunded within 3 working days.

Ownership of the items will not pass to the customer until the goods and related charges are paid for in full.
