Delivery Policy

We currently only deliver goods to destinations within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Please contact us if you want to place an order for delivery to any other destination.

• Delivery to customers within the UK for Cookware, Kitchenware’s & Small Domestic Appliances, are generally delivered by courier or by post.

• Our standard charges are £4.95 for order under £100 and free for order over £100 - unless otherwise stated on the product item description

Delivery
In stock in warehouse, after confirmation of order 3-7 working days, products direct from manufacturer, please allow 14-28 working days.
Our delivery dates are given in good faith, but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at days stated.

Orders are usually dispatched either by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Our couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be available to sign for your goods between these hours. Please contact us if you wish to make arrangements for delivery outside these times.
